2.2 Professional Relationships

Your relationship with any professional is governed by your agreement with that professional, not by these Terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the advice, services, or actions of any professional.

2.3 No Endorsement

The availability of professional invitation features does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any professional's qualifications, competence, or suitability for your needs.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Platform. The quality of checklists and recommendations depends on the accuracy of your input.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Compliance
